Return and exchange policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Camoli Distribution, you have the right to return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the written approval of a Camoli representative. Please note that the product must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by all supplied accessories. Returned items must also be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. You may be charged a representative restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the product. 

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the returned products at our warehouse. 

If you wish to make an exchange, you must return the products to us and place a new order. 

Please note that we cannot accept :

  • Open items
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Gift cards
Return process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of your purchase. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of product defect or error on our part.

Refunds and cancellations

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it complies with our return policy. If the product is approved, we will issue a refund of the total amount of the original purchase, less the original shipping charges, within a reasonable period of time. Please note that the refund will be issued according to the payment method used for the original purchase. To cancel an order placed on the website, you must contact your sales representative. A fee ranging from 2% to 20% of the order, before taxes, may be charged to cancel the order. Please note that after 24 hours, it may not be possible to cancel the order.

Defective products or ordering errors

If you receive a defective product or if we have made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days. We will resolve the problem quickly and efficiently by replacing the faulty product or correcting the error at no extra cost to you.

Customer responsibility: It is important to note that we are not responsible for items broken due to incorrect installation by the customer. Even for items that carry a lifetime warranty, we will not be able to honor the warranty if the defect is caused by improper installation. We encourage our customers to carefully follow the installation instructions supplied with the products, and to call in a professional if necessary.
