Shipping policy

When you're ready to checkout, shipping costs will be determined according to your location and the items in your shopping cart.

For shipping costs :

Select or add your delivery information and click "Next".

Your zone and total shipping and handling charges will be indicated.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping method used to deliver your order.

You will be contacted for approval if your shipping costs are higher than expected.

Items that can easily be shipped in a standard box and are neither heavy nor large. 

Bulky and/or heavy items. These items are categorized as Large. Bulky and/or heavy items usually incur additional handling charges by carriers or are shipped by truck.

Delivery time

Our standard delivery time for stock items is 7 to 10 days for most locations. Delivery to remote locations requires an additional 2-5 days.

Some furniture and most carpets are custom-made at the time of order and require a lead time. Shipping time depends on the item, but is generally between 2 and 12 weeks. During the peak season from May to October, this lead time may be longer.

Delivery service

If you require any of the following additional delivery services, please include them in the comments field during checkout.

Order storage until opening

Request this service when your new facility is under construction, or when you are temporarily closed, such as during spring or summer vacations. Provide firm or provisional delivery dates whenever possible.

Label all boxes

Request this service when using a third-party carrier, shipping to a distribution center, or when boxes need to be identified by part or PO number. Provide all labeling information at time of order.

Installation service

Ask for this service when you place a large order and need your boxes placed in specific rooms, or want us to install your furniture. You will need to be on site at the time of delivery to provide access and instructions to the delivery team. The concierge service also includes pallet and shrink-wrap removal. *Availability is limited to certain major cities. We will contact you to confirm available services.
